Itinerary

13:00 Departure from Shanghai
15:30 Arrival at hiking entry point, start hiking
17:30 Lake swim and relax in the water
18:30 Local dinner+ Refreshment 
19:30 Drive back to Shanghai 
21:45 Arrival in Shanghai

Transportation:
A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown.

Gathering:
Time: 1 P.M. (13:00)
Place: (unless notified differently)
Zhongshan Park Subway Station, Line 3-4, Exit 3
Besides the 7-Eleven shop

Meals:
The meals include countryside local dishes, fresh vegetable and meat cooked on the traditional way. Simple and Healthy.
Should you have some especial requirements, please let us know beforehand.

Equipment:
(Needs to be prepared by each participant)

- Quick dry sports gear
- Rain coat
- Swimming suits and googles
- Sun protection, hats, glasses and sunbalm
- Drinking bottle (not soft plastic as often the refill is with boiled water and it melts)
- Personal toiletries and towel
- Small snack

Trip Confirmation:
Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants, you'll receive an email with the last details about the trip. Usually 2 days before the departure.
If we are unable to reach the minimum amount of participants, we will postpone or cancel the activity.

Payment is done on- site, directly collected by our Tour leaders.
No deposit required, however we kindly ask you to keep us updated if after booking you are unable to attend. Thank you.

15:30 到达入山点徒步或跑山

天气保护
- 适合运动徒步快干衣， 
- 防晒装备（帽子，防晒霜，太阳镜）

- 山地运动鞋（在徒步中保护脚趾和脚踝，又可以快速排水）
- 轻便的徒步小背包（在徒步时装水和随身物品）
