About the retreat
The hill of Lingyan, located at the Mudu town of Suzhou countryside, dates back to Chun Qiu period in China history, it was the palace ruins of the King Fuchai, and there are a lot of places of historic interest. The hill itself around 180m high, was famous of different kinds of stones inside it. We will hike one part of the Lingyan-Baimajian are to experience the peaceful nature around.

Itinerary
08:30 Departure from Shanghai 11:00 Arrival at the mountain foot and start hike 12:30 Picnic Lunch 13:00 Hike continues 15:00 After the hike, some stretching before we go to the hot spring 15:30 Enjoy the hot spring together (Prepare yourself some snacks after the hot spring) 17:30 Back on bus heading Shanghai 19:30 Arrival in Shanghai About the hot spring Suzhou Tianyi Hotspring located in Suzhou Mount Wang region. With its nature view and various pots of different hotspring settings, it is among the 10 most aspired hotspring of China. Transportation A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown. 苏州灵岩山，因山上奇石酷似灵芝而得名。其地域本为吴王夫差之官娃宫遗址，周围古时遗迹众多，寺院林立。
我们将徒步其中的一段，180米山顶俯瞰城郊，感受大自然的宁静。

行程安排
