About the retreat
Two days enter an ancient village near Taihu lake, slow down our life to catch the peaceful day and night. Explore nature with lower endurance hike, we will hike up to small hills with the paths in wild, cross village, have a meet to the local culture. With the season of green tea - Biluochun, all the farmers are working all day along in the tea hills, silent but just as the most pleasant music at the fingertips. Itinerary Day 1 19:30 Departure from Shanghai 22:00 Arrive at local area, good sleep Day 2 07:00 Good morning! Stretch 08:30 Everybody gets up, breakfast 09:30 Start our hike enter hill area, and villages 12:00 Local lunch 13:00 Continue our hike 14:30 Back guest house, a bit rest 15:30 Tea picking workshop with local 17:00 Cooking class with dumplings 18:30 Dinner together 19:30 Free time, sharing knowledge of Tea culture 22:00 Good sleep Day 3 07:00 Good morning! Stretch 08:00 Everybody gets up, breakfast together 09:00 Another hike try to touch more life details there 12:30 Lunch 15:00 Return 17:30 Back Shanghai Transportation: A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown. Gathering: Time: As organization Place: (unless notified differently) Zhongshan Park Subway Station, Line 3-4, Exit 3 Beside the 7-Eleven shop Meals: The meals include countryside local dishes, fresh vegetable and meat cooked in the traditional way. Simple and Healthy. Should you have especial requirements, please let us know beforehand. Accommodation: We stay in local guesthouse that we choose, according to their good service commitment. Arrangements are usually twin bedrooms and occasionally in a shared dormitory. Friendly and Family atmosphere. Clean and simple. Equipment: (Needs to be prepared by each participant) - Hiking shoes - Hiking Jacket & Pants depends on season - Rain coat (in case) - Quick dry sports gear - Drinking bottle (no soft plastic, as often refill is with boiled water and it melts) - Backpack to carry your things during the hike (~20L) - Personal toiletries and towel - Weather protection, according to the season - Open mind :) Booking Procedures: Click here for booking Activity Confirmation: Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants, you'll receive an email with the last details about the trip. Circle Cancellation Policy:

To assist and for the convenience of members,
The hereunder Booking & Cancel Policy is designed to make the activities more stable, reliable and much easier for the planning of all members.

Upon the collection of the payment, the bookings of one activity will be final confirmed.
When a member wants to cancel a booked activity, the Circle Cancel Policy will be followed as such:
- the cancellation is to happen two weeks before the activity, 100% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen one week before the activity, 80% of the payment will be returned.
- the cancellation is to happen 1 day before the activity, 50% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen on the same day of the activity, 0% of the payment will be returned.
* NB: the booker who cancels his/her booking may find a replacer for the booking, in which case all payment will be 100% returned.
Again,
the policy is designed to make minimum impact on all group members, and make each activity stable and reliable to all bookers.

当社员希望取消某活动是，精社取消政策如下：
- 于活动开始日前两周前取消的，将100％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日前一周前取消的，将80％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日前一日取消的，将50％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日当天取消或未集合的，将不做退回费用。
*贴士: 报名社员因故不能参加活动而需要取消的，如找到替代者参加活动的将全额退款。
