The Temple Yoga Retreat with Coach Ganesh
April 17th-19th
Written by Chris:
Words can't describe the feeling of waking up at dawn in a temple.
As the first lueur du jour, A myriad of birds flying and singing like they're excited for the new day. 5 am we start with meditation and chanting.
At first it's hard to quiet the mind or sit still. But with each "OM" chanting we feel the echo deep touching our souls and naturally feel more relaxed.
We can hear the chants of the monks in the background and the soothing sound of drum and bells. absolute stillness.
After what felt like an eternity the voice of the teacher reaches to our ears he asks us to focus on our breathing Deep In and out and to practices awareness of the body we are in. Breathing exercise follows. Left nostril and right nostril - one hour of sun salutation, Each step need focus on breathing deeply...
The Yogi Way Temple Retreat with Coach Alvaro
Jan 11th-13th
Retreat two days from mechanical, habitual living, opening to simplicity of temple life and purely work on ourselves.
It was a retreat that brings a lot of moments of withdrawal our senses from externally oriented to keeping the consciousness internally.
At the beginning, there might be a lot of thoughts before the connection as of some denial and doubts...
After, the moments come with the mind seeking the purpose strongly while somehow superficially digging the values and believes or what are the tracks that are meaningful and important in life and why.
Well, at the end, even when that ideas dismissed, a moment or two, if practice the BEING in its naturalness, the connection with serenity starts to take over. no need to talk more, just OM......

Balanced Grace Temple Taiji Retreat with Coach Tommy
Oct 20th-22nd
So here I am, waking up this morning I felt that nice feeling of being alive,
the muscles hurt and tell you that the training was good enough and need some rest.
Staying in a temple is a very demanding task for those who can not enjoy themselves;
the day seems unending if you are wandering into time (one dimension of life ) without any destination, but mix a few ingredients and the job might be done.
First of all bring the right attitude, when we live in the city we are spoiled by many things, we have our comforts, our unhealthy habits and a lot of superficiality, many things draw our attention away from the inner self. When you step into a temple remind yourself that you are in a holy place, remind yourself that you are the Spirit and you will automatically find the connection within. As a matter of fact we should always remember ourselves what we are great. I always find it nourishing to put myself in the shoes of one of those great and dignified leaders of past, who speak about honour and truth and everywhere they go, they are surrounded by a glowing aura of vibrations. This is a technique that works well for me.

Meditation in a nutshell
2014 Dec 22
2014 Dec 22
Buddha was once asked : "What have you gained from meditation?"
He replied "NOTHING" .."But let me tell you what I have LOST
Anger, anxiety, depression, insecurity, fear of old age and death..."
Lesson : Sometimes you have to lose things... in order to find yourself.
Meditation is one of the most underrated practises. Learning meditation leads to a virtual bulletproof vest to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Be open to meditation and find peace from within. Feeling negative energy? Try to breathe in deeply and exhale slowly; The trick is to focus ONLY on your breathing, do not get distracted during this moment.. release the energy depriving outside stimuli..
Meditating for 30+ minutes on a regular basis has proven to clear the mind and it provides solutions to problems more easily.. Without the constant judgement and influences of those outside, learn to reconnect with your own deepest truths..
Meditation creates a greater capacity for empathy. A homeless person on the street is no longer a worthless beggar, but a person who has faced extreme hardship, and needs care and guidance to find their way back to where they belong.
Meditation allows us to become a better friend, relationship partner, or even a better person overall. It draws others in by your silent radiance; because it can be sensed when someone is connected to something greater than themselves..
