About the retreat
Lin'an is located at the west conner of Zhejiang, there has the most covered forest area and amazing mountain. Mt. Tianmu 天目山 has two summits, was regard as like jade peal among the nature, like a fairy. During the old times, there were many Buddhism, zen practicer make their own retreat inside the mountain area, now we still could explore the Chanyuan temple to feel the energy around. All covered with waterfall, always the cloud sea appears and brings you a calm moments. During the activity, we will set up aqua trek around 7-8km in the valley, almost all the way follow the valley river, proper difficulty. There is also a chance to get in touch with the local life, once you open to them, vivid life starts... Another day, we will go for a hike to the top in nature, to full feel the Lin'an's best nature there. Itinerary Day 1 During holiday we will departure from 14:00 19:30 Leave Shanghai, good rest on the bus 00:00 Arrive at Lin'an mountain area, a local guest house and quiet sleep Day 2 06:30 Fresh morning with stretching, deep breath 08:30 Everyone gets up and breakfast time 09:30 Get ready for aqua trek in the valley river, slowly move forward, and always we have pools to enjoy; the whole aqua routes around 8km 13:00 Guest house lunch, break 15:00 A relax hike & explore to local village life, walk into nature around 17:00 Back and some free time 18:00 Dinner together 19:30 Bonfire time together 23:00 Have a good sleep Day 3 06:30 Morning stretching for the early birds 08:00 Everyone gets up and breakfast 09:00 Another hike around the mountain, to the top (depends on the group) 12:30 Local Lunch 13:30 Last time to enjoy the water in nature, see our return time 14:30 Back to shanghai 19:00 Arrive at Shanghai (it depends traffic) Transportation: A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown. Gathering: Time: 19:30 Place: (unless notified differently) Zhongshan Park Metro Station, Line 3-4, Exit 3 Beside the 7-Eleven shop Meals: The meals include countryside local dishes, fresh vegetables and meat cooked in the traditional way. Simple and Healthy. Should you have especial requirements, please let us know beforehand. Accommodation: We stay in local guesthouse that we choose, according to their good service commitment. Arrangements are usually twin bedrooms and occasionally in a shared dormitory. Friendly and Family atmosphere. Clean and simple. Equipment: (Need to be prepared, by each participant) - Hiking shoes (necessary, paths are very slippery when wet) - Aqua shoes or shoes that your don't mind to walk into the water - Hiking Jacket & Pants - Quick dry sports gear - Rain coat (in case it rains) - Hiking poles for the next day hike - Drinking bottle (no soft plastic, as often refill is with boiled water and it melts) - Small bag to carry your things during the day - Personal toiletries and towel - Small snacks Booking Procedures: Click here for booking Activity Confirmation: Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants, you'll receive an email with the last details about the trip. Circle Cancellation Policy:

To assist and for the convenience of members,
The hereunder Booking & Cancel Policy is designed to make the activities more stable, reliable and much easier for the planning of all members.

Upon the collection of the payment, the bookings of one activity will be final confirmed.
When a member wants to cancel a booked activity, the Circle Cancel Policy will be followed as such:
- the cancellation is to happen two weeks before the activity, 100% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen one week before the activity, 80% of the payment will be returned.
- the cancellation is to happen 1 day before the activity, 50% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen on the same day of the activity, 0% of the payment will be returned.
* NB: the booker who cancels his/her booking may find a replacer for the booking, in which case all payment will be 100% returned.
Again,
the policy is designed to make minimum impact on all group members, and make each activity stable and reliable to all bookers.

关于此行

- 于活动开始日前两周前取消的，将100％退回费用。

- 于活动开始日前一日取消的，将50％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日当天取消或未集合的，将不做退回费用。
*贴士: 报名社员因故不能参加活动而需要取消的，如找到替代者参加活动的将全额退款。
