About the Retreat:
Come and join us at the healing workshop. Soulful reconnection and inner reflection as an initiation workshop to reveal.
The theme of this retreat is Healing, which we will experience by relaxing the body, letting free the mind and nurturing the soul through Sound/Breath/Movement practices, Energy Healing, Sound Healing, Crystal Healing, Chanting, Meditation and Pranayama.
As we heal oneself, we heal others. We invite you to embark on a journey of profound self-discovery and pure bliss with like-minded souls!

Josephine is best known for her experimental, intuitive and nurturing Energy and Sound Healing, Psychic Surgery,Counseling, Meditation classes, Private Yoga Therapy, Healing Circles and Interval Training sessions. She has helped empower many individuals to achieve their goals by incorporating practitioners’ personal interests with various tools and methods. Her work is a fusion of various disciplines that includes Energy Healing,Reiki, Counseling, Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, Feldenkrais, physical exercises,Massage, Music, Art and Dance.
