About the retreat
Wukeng Village in located in the middle of Zhejiang province. The series of mountain was formed by volcano billions of years ago, ridging up on the hiking path to the top, we are presented a masterpiece of the geologic phenomenon. Nature always silently puts fascinations into reality, showing the creative power of the universe, and, there is no average in true creation. After the first day traverse hike on the ridge routes of the mountain, witnessing all the majestic view of the plateau of the east Zhejiang towards the East sea. We will visit the next day, the human adaptation towards its excellence in the wetland of Taozhu. A wetland lined out with the Tao River and intuited into human fairyland of fulfillments. Come witness the magics of life, The magics are done with grace, Mega Graces done relentlessly no matter the circumstance... Itinerary Day 1 During holiday we will departure from 14:00 19:30 Leave Shanghai, good rest on the bus 01:30 Arrive at Lin'hai mountain area, a local guest house and quiet sleep Day 2 06:30 Fresh morning with stretching, deep breath 08:30 Everyone gets up and breakfast time 09:30 Ready hike into Wukeng mountain area, the hiking path is not so difficult, we will take the whole day to enjoy the nature there. 12:30 Lunch 15:30 Finish our hike and take a break in nature 16:30 Back to our guest house 18:00 Dinner 19:30 Bone fire depends on weather 22:30 Quiet sleep Day 3 06:30 Morning stretching for the early birds 08:00 Everyone gets up and breakfast 09:00 Another hike into local villages, old town 12:00 Local Lunch 13:00 Back to shanghai 19:00 Arrive at Shanghai (it depends traffic) Transportation: A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown. Gathering: Time: 19:30 Place: (unless notified differently) Zhongshan Park Metro Station, Line 3-4, Exit 3 Beside the 7-Eleven shop Meals: The meals include countryside local dishes, fresh vegetables and meat cooked in the traditional way. Simple and Healthy. Should you have especial requirements, please let us know beforehand. Accommodation: We stay in local guesthouse that we choose, according to their good service commitment. Arrangements are usually twin bedrooms and occasionally in a shared dormitory. Friendly and Family atmosphere. Clean and simple. Equipment: (Need to be prepared, by each participant) - Hiking shoes (necessary, paths are very slippery when wet) - Aqua shoes or shoes that your don't mind to walk into the water - Hiking Jacket & Pants - Quick dry sports gear - Rain coat (in case it rains) - Hiking poles - Drinking bottle (no soft plastic, as often refill is with boiled water and it melts) - Small bag to carry your things during the day - Personal toiletries and towel - Small snacks Booking Procedures: Click here for booking Activity Confirmation: Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants, you'll receive an email with the last details about the trip. Usually 2 days before the departure. If we are unable to reach the minimum amount of participants we will postpone or cancel the activity. Circle Cancellation Policy:

To assist and for the convenience of members,
The hereunder Booking & Cancel Policy is designed to make the activities more stable, reliable and much easier for the planning of all members.

Upon the collection of the payment, the bookings of one activity will be final confirmed.
When a member wants to cancel a booked activity, the Circle Cancel Policy will be followed as such:
- the cancellation is to happen two weeks before the activity, 100% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen one week before the activity, 80% of the payment will be returned.
- the cancellation is to happen 1 day before the activity, 50% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen on the same day of the activity, 0% of the payment will be returned.
* NB: the booker who cancels his/her booking may find a replacer for the booking, in which case all payment will be 100% returned.
Again,
the policy is designed to make minimum impact on all group members, and make each activity stable and reliable to all bookers.

- 于活动开始日当天取消或未集合的，将不做退回费用。
*贴士: 报名社员因故不能参加活动而需要取消的，如找到替代者参加活动的将全额退款。
