About the retreat
Shiliang located in Tiantai area, zhejiang province.
With the amount of beautiful waterfalls inside the valley, it became a famous place for Buddhism meditation area in the old times.
Summer is the great season for hiking into the valley with its clean water in the pools and enjoy the nature and surrounding village life.

Itinerary
Day 1 During holiday time departure from 14:00 19:30 Departure from Shanghai, good rest on the bus, 4.5 hours drive 00:30 Arrival at small village, good sleep Day 2 08:00 Good morning and local breakfast 09:00 Drive to aqua trek starting place and get ready 10:00 Start to get into the nature of the river in the valley Hike in the river, sometimes need a bit climbing skill 12:30 Lunch break, picnic 13:30 Continue aqua trek 15:30 Back to our village and good rest 18:00 Dinner together 19:00 Bonfire (depends on weather) Enjoy the tranquility 22:00 Good sleep Day 3 07:00 Morning Breathing & Getting up 07:30 Breakfast 08:00 Another hike nearby in the mountain area, more relax Swimming options depends on season and weather 12:30 Local lunch 14:00 Return 19:00 Back Shanghai Transportation: A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown. Gathering: Time: Please refer to our organization email. Place: (unless notified differently) Zhongshan Park Subway Station, Line 3-4, Exit 3 Beside the 7-Eleven shop Meals: The second day's lunch will be picnic on the way. The meals include countryside local dishes, fresh vegetable and meat cooked in a traditional way. Simple and Healthy. Should you have some special requirements, please let us know beforehand. Accommodation: We will stay in a local guesthouse which we choose according to their good service commitment. Arrangements are usually twin bedrooms and occasionally in a shared dormitory. Friendly and Family atmosphere. Clean and simple. Equipment: (Needs to be prepared by each participant) - Passport or Chinese ID card for check in - Hiking shoes and aqua shoes (necessary, paths are very slippery when wet) - Hiking Jacket & Pants depends on season - Rain coat (in case) - Quick dry sports gear - Drinking bottle (no soft plastic, as often refill is with boiled water and it melts) - Backpack to carry your things during the hike (~25L) water proof is bettter - Water proof bag for your cell phone - Personal toiletries and towel - Weather protection, according to the season Booking Procedures: Click here to book Activity Confirmation: Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants, you'll receive an email with the last details about the trip. Usually 2 days before the departure. If we are unable to reach the minimum amount of participants, we will postpone or cancel the activity. Circle Cancellation Policy:

The hereunder Booking & Cancel Policy is designed to make the activities more stable, reliable and much easier for the planning of all members.

Upon the collection of the payment, the bookings of one activity will be final confirmed.
When a member wants to cancel a booked activity, the Circle Cancel Policy will be followed as such:
- the cancellation is to happen two weeks before the activity, 100% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen one week before the activity, 80% of the payment will be returned.
- the cancellation is to happen 1 day before the activity, 50% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen on the same day of the activity, 0% of the payment will be returned.
* NB: the booker who cancels his/her booking may find a replacer for the booking, in which case all payment will be 100% returned.
Again,
the policy is designed to make minimum impact on all group members, and make each activity stable and reliable to all bookers.

石梁地处天台腹地，浙江山区。无数活泼多彩的瀑布充满山谷，盈盈倾泻而下。自古为参禅圣地，佛道文化兴盛。

行程安排

- 于活动开始日前两周前取消的，将100％退回费用。

- 于活动开始日前一日取消的，将50％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日当天取消或未集合的，将不做退回费用。
*贴士: 报名社员因故不能参加活动而需要取消的，如找到替代者参加活动的将全额退款。
