About the retreat
Hiking around Summit  Baizhang (1334m), the main part of 3 summits area, they are located in Lin'An Territory facing the mount Qingliang.

Itinerary

Day 1
19:30   Private transfer from Shanghai to Lin'an site
00:00   Arrive site and sleep in the guesthouse

Day 2
06:30   Get up and get some fresh air in the nice village
08:00   Breakfast
09:00   Set off trekking, target Summit Baizhang
12:00   Lunch on the top of the mountain
14:00   Continue the hike
17:00   Back to village and rest
18:00   Dinner together and bonefire
22:00   Quiet sleep 

Day 3
07:00  Good morning! Stretch
08:00  Everybody gets up, breakfast together
09:00  Nature walk & culture explore 
11:30  Lunch
12:00  Drive to hotspring place (around 1 hour)
13:00  Relax in hotspring
15:30  Return
19:30  Back Shanghai

About the Hot Spring:
Tuankou hotspring is called Tianmu mountain hotspring, the spring itself has a history as 1300 years. The underground heat storage temperature of 40-50 degrees, overflow on the surface of the water temperature 30-32.5 degrees, belongs to the low temperature hotspring.
The spa is colourless, odourless, micro astringent, transparent, low salinity bicarbonate springs. Hotspring in addition to the conventional ingredients, but also rich in radon, fluorine, strontium, barium, and other special ingredients, with high health care value.

Transportation
A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown.

Meals
The meals include countryside local dishes, fresh vegetable and meat cooked in the traditional way. Simple and Healthy.
Should you have especial requirements, please let us know beforehand.

We stay in local guesthouse that we choose, according to their good service commitment.
Friendly and Family atmosphere. Clean and simple.

Equipment
(Need to be prepared by each participant)

- Hiking shoes (necessary, paths are very slippery when wet)
- Hiking Jacket & Pants
- Backpack to carry your things during the hike (~20L)
- Hiking Poles
- Quick dry sports wear
- Swimming suit for hotspring
- Rain coat
- Weather protection, according to the season
- Drinking bottle (no plastic bottles, because refill is often with boiled water)
- Personal toiletries and towel
- Small snacks
- Open mind:)

Activity Confirmation
Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants, you'll receive an email with the last details about the trip. Usually 2 days before the departure.
If we are unable to reach the minimum amount of participants, we will postpone or cancel the activity.

Price 999 RMB

Payment is done by cash, wechat or alipay, directly collected by our activity leader
No deposit required, however we kindly ask you to keep us updated , if you are unable to attend, after booking. 

Minimum 10 persons, Maximum 29 persons
Private Groups & Team Outings:
Choose a date and we can arrange this trip only for you (price is depend on group size).

Weather Conditions & Cancelation
This activity is conditioned by the weather. If at any time the weather conditions are not suitable to perform the summit hike safely, the activity will be cancel.

百丈岭（1334米）属于临安市，是西天目山系中的一段，与安徽的清凉峰遥相呼应。

19:30  上海集合出发，至临安目的地

06:30   起床尽情呼吸清晨的清新，静看美丽的山庄安静的苏醒
08:00   早餐
09:00   整装出发，上山，全程约6小时
12:00   山中午餐
14:00   继续徒步
17:00   回到我们的小村
18:00   一起晚餐，篝火

三日

12:00  驱车前往湍口温泉
13:00  温泉放松的时光

关于温泉
湍口温泉又称天目山温泉，古亦名“芦荻泉”，早在1300多年有之。地热区面积约0.2平方公里，地下储热温度40—50度，溢出表面的水温30-32.5度，属低温热水。大气降水是温泉的主要补给来源，日出水量3000立方米。该温泉为无色、无臭、微涩、透明的低矿化度重碳酸型泉水。温泉除含有常规成分外，还富含氡、氟、锶、钡、铳等特殊成分，有很高的医疗保健价值，对心血管、内分泌、肠胃、关节、神经、皮肤等均有辅助治疗功效。湍口温泉有湍源、塘溪、沈溪、凉溪四条小溪，在盆地汇合，然后流入昌化溪。
