About the retreat
Mt. Dapan, 1245m high, located in the middle of Zhejiang province. Literally could see it's a source area of rivers, mountain range, and forests. Big amount of valuable medicine plants grow in the mountain, well kept the forest ecological types. In the history of China, there were many hermits lived there, include a famous prince Zhaoming, on the top of the mountain, we still would see the abandoned temple. The hike into this mountain area is to enter the center of the forests and feeling the great energy from nature, all want we see, what we experience would be a good feedback on serenity and inner peace from ourselves. Itinerary Day 1 During holiday we will departure from 14:00 19:30 Leave Shanghai, good rest on the bus 01:00 Arrive at Zhejiang Pan'an Day 2 07:00 Fresh morning with stretching, deep breath 08:30 Everyone gets up and breakfast time 09:30 Drive a short distance to reach the mountain foot of Da Pan Warm up and get ready to enter the forests, all the way up to the top 12:30 Lunch picnic 13:30 Continue our hike down the mountain 16:00 Rest in nature 17:00 Back to our guest house 18:00 Dinner together 19:30 Village walk to enjoy the peaceful moments 22:30 Quiet sleep Day 3 06:30 Morning stretching for the early birds 08:00 Everyone gets up and breakfast 09:00 Another hike around to in mountain area 12:00 Local Lunch 14:00 Back to shanghai 19:30 Arrive at Shanghai (it depends traffic) Transportation: A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown. Gathering: Time: 19:30 Place: (unless notified differently) Zhongshan Park Metro Station, Line 3-4, Exit 3 Beside the 7-Eleven shop Meals: The meals include countryside local dishes, fresh vegetables and meat cooked in the traditional way. Simple and Healthy. Should you have especial requirements, please let us know beforehand. Accommodation: We stay in local guesthouse that we choose, according to their good service commitment. Arrangements are usually twin bedrooms and occasionally in a shared dormitory. Friendly and Family atmosphere. Clean and simple. Equipment: (Need to be prepared, by each participant) - Hiking shoes (necessary, paths are very slippery when wet) - Aqua shoes (in case we will choose the path to have river water to cross at summer time) - Hiking Jacket & Pants - Quick dry sports gear - Rain coat - Hiking poles - Drinking bottle (no soft plastic, as often refill is with boiled water and it melts) - Small bag to carry your things during the day - Personal toiletries and towel - Small snacks During the hike no need to carry your luggage, we will stay in the same guest house for two nights Booking Procedures: Click here for booking Activity Confirmation: Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants, you'll receive an email with the last details about the trip. Usually 2 days before the departure. If we are unable to reach the minimum amount of participants we will postpone or cancel the activity. Circle Cancellation Policy:

To assist and for the convenience of members,
The hereunder Booking & Cancel Policy is designed to make the activities more stable, reliable and much easier for the planning of all members.

Upon the collection of the payment, the bookings of one activity will be final confirmed.
When a member wants to cancel a booked activity, the Circle Cancel Policy will be followed as such:
- the cancellation is to happen two weeks before the activity, 100% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen one week before the activity, 80% of the payment will be returned.
- the cancellation is to happen 1 day before the activity, 50% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen on the same day of the activity, 0% of the payment will be returned.
* NB: the booker who cancels his/her booking may find a replacer for the booking, in which case all payment will be 100% returned.
Again,
the policy is designed to make minimum impact on all group members, and make each activity stable and reliable to all bookers.

关于此行

当社员希望取消某活动是，精社取消政策如下：
- 于活动开始日前两周前取消的，将100％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日前一周前取消的，将80％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日前一日取消的，将50％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日当天取消或未集合的，将不做退回费用。
*贴士: 报名社员因故不能参加活动而需要取消的，如找到替代者参加活动的将全额退款。
