About the retreat
We will hike to the hill called Moli, in Suzhou Taihu lake area, nearly 300m high, corss the tea fileds, fruits tree farm, all the way you may explore the local's fruits farm near the villages, many interests may discover by ourselves during the hiking and while we are into the local's life.

Itinerary
09:00 Departure from Shanghai 11:30 Arrival at the lakeside village 12:00 Local lunch 14:00 Traverse hike to the hill top 16:00 After the hike, some stretching on the lake shore 16:30 Drive back to Shanghai 19:00 Arrive in Shanghai Transportation A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown. Gathering Time: Refer to our Organization Email Place: (unless notified differently) Zhongshan Park Subway Station, Line 3-4, Exit 3 Beside the 7-Eleven shop Meals The meals include countryside local dishes, fresh vegetable and meat cooked in the traditional way. Simple and Healthy. Should you have especial requirements, please let us know beforehand. Equipment (Need to be prepared by each participant) - Hiking shoes (necessary, paths are very slippery when wet) - Hiking Jacket & Pants - Backpack to carry your things during the hike (~20L) - Rain coat - Weather protection, according to the season - Drinking bottle (no plastic bottles, because refill is often with boiled water) - Open mind:) Booking Procedures Click here to book Activity Confirmation Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants, you'll receive an email with the last details about the trip. Circle Cancellation Policy:

To assist and for the convenience of members,
The hereunder Booking & Cancel Policy is designed to make the activities more stable, reliable and much easier for the planning of all members.

Upon the collection of the payment, the bookings of one activity will be final confirmed.
When a member wants to cancel a booked activity, the Circle Cancel Policy will be followed as such:
- the cancellation is to happen two weeks before the activity, 100% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen one week before the activity, 80% of the payment will be returned.
- the cancellation is to happen 1 day before the activity, 50% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen on the same day of the activity, 0% of the payment will be returned.
* NB: the booker who cancels his/her booking may find a replacer for the booking, in which case all payment will be 100% returned.
Again,
the policy is designed to make minimum impact on all group members, and make each activity stable and reliable to all bookers.

当社员希望取消某活动是，精社取消政策如下：

- 于活动开始日当天取消或未集合的，将不做退回费用。
