Itinerary

09:00 Departure from Shanghai
11:00 Arrival at the mountain foot and start hike
12:30 Picknick Lunch
13:00 Hike continues
17:00 After the hike, some stretching before we go and drive back to Shanghai
19:00 Arrival in Shanghai

Transportation:
A private bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown.

Gathering:
Time: 9:00 AM
Place: Zhongshan Park Subway Station, Line 3-4, Exit 3
Beside the 7-Eleven shop
(unless notified differently)


Meals:
The lunch will be a friendly picknick. Simple and Healthy.


Equipment:
(Needs to be prepared by each participant)

- Hiking clothes and shoes (comfortable and suitable for the season, long pants better)
- Weather protection, according to the season  (Additionally: Rain coat -in case of rain-)
- Small bag to carry your things during the hike (2-3h) (e.g. water bottle)
- An open mind (so good for every step of life)

Activity Confirmation:
Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants, you'll receive an email with the last details of the trip. Usually 2 days before the departure.
If we are unable to reach the minimum amount of participants, we will postpone or cancel the activity.

Minimum: 10 persons, Maximum: 25 persons
Private Groups & Team Outings:
For private group, contact us and we will arrange this trip for you.

Price: 249 RMB

Payment is done on-site.
No deposit required, however we kindly ask you to keep us updated, if you are unable to attend after booking. Thank you.

出发前，组织邮件将发给每一位参加者，通知集合时间地点，携带物品，及注意事项

集合地点：中山公园地铁站，3－4号线，3号出口（7－11 便利店旁）

关于住宿:
住在当地简洁舒适的农家乐
通常双人间或者多人间

携带的物品:
（需要每一位参加者自己准备）

- 适合户外的徒步鞋／登山鞋
- 徒步小背包，约20升
- 运动快干衣
- 雨衣（以防下雨）
- 个人水壶（可在当地灌装开水）
- 个人洗漱用具，毛巾等
- 季节性的防护用品
（夏季防晒霜，防蚊，墨镜等防晒用品；冬季帽子，围巾等）
- 开放的精神和思想，利于人生每一步：）
