About The Retreat:

Itinerary:
Day 1 During Holidays we will start the itinerary earlier around 14:00 19:30 Departure from Shanghai 23:30 Arrive at the Mountain Village, good sleep Day 2 07:00 Morning exercise in nature village 08:00 Everybody gets up, enjoy breakfast together 09:00 Nature Path Hiking in bamboo forest, around 3-4 hours 13:00 Local lunch and break 14:30 Explore the surroundings & hiking into the small village 17:00 Back to village and free time 18:00 Dinner 19:30 Enjoy the tranquil village, around bone fire 23:00 Sleep and rest in the mountains arms Day 3 07:00 Early rise up and breakfast 08:00 Crossing the mountain, hiking through the bamboo forest, around 1.5-2 hours 10:00 Arrive to another village and enjoy the hot springs, time to relax 13:00 Lunch 15:00 Drive back to Shanghai 19:00 Arrive Shanghai About the Hot Spring: Jiangnan Tianchi hot spring is at the north part of the Tianmu mountain chain. it locates in Tianhuangping, with an altitude of 1000 meters and its nature environment of high mountain and bamboo forest, featured her to be a great place to enjoy the nature and hot spring. Transportation: A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown. Gathering: Time: Refer to our organization email (send to you once the activity is on) Place: (unless notified differently) Zhongshan Park Subway Station, Line 3-4, Exit 3 Beside the 7-Eleven shop Meals: The meals include countryside local dishes, fresh vegetable and meat cooked in a traditional way. Simple and Healthy. Should you have especial requirements, please let us know beforehand. Accommodation: We will stay in a local guesthouse which we choose according to their good service commitment. Friendly and Family atmosphere. Clean and simple. Equipment: (Need to be prepared by each participant) - Hiking shoes (necessary, paths are very slippery when wet) - Hiking Jacket & Pants - Backpack to carry your things during the hike (~20L) - Quick dry sports wear - Swimming suit (for hot spring) - Rain coat - Weather protection, according to the season - Drinking bottle (no plastic bottles, because refill is often with boiled water) - Personal toiletries and towel - Small snacks - Open mind:) Booking Procedures: Click here to book Activity Confirmation: Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants, you'll receive an email with the last details about the trip. Usually 2 days before the departure. If we are unable to reach the minimum amount of participants, we will postpone or cancel the activity. Price: 899 RMB Payment is done by cash, wechat or alipay, directly collected by our activity leader No deposit required, however we kindly ask you to keep us updated , if you are unable to attend, after booking. 关于此行:
入住在最山脚的小村，尽头，一望无际的竹林。
生活在这个浙北安吉山区的村里慢下来，遵循当地人的节奏作息，真诚，淳朴的一草一木，一屋一舍，每一刻都浸染于心。
安吉遍地竹材，当地人家生活步步不离开竹。
我们将徒步入竹海古道，探索山上古村落及历史的遗迹，走访山村人家，品茶闲话。绕行山间直上山顶温泉，放松身心。

行程安排:
第一天 如遇节假日，将提早至14:00出发 19:30 上海集合，启程 23:30 到达山野小村，安睡 第二天 07:00 晨练，村庄中 08:00 每一个人都起床， 一起吃早餐 09:30 循着竹海古道而上，约3－4小时 13:00 享受当地菜肴， 休息 14:30 探索当地村落，小徒步 18:00 晚餐 19:30 自由时光，围坐烤火 23:00 静睡 第三天 07:00 早起，早餐 08:00 不同的古道上山，向着温泉之地 10:00 到山岙小村，进入温泉。享受温泉，其乐融融的时光 13:00 当地午餐 15:00 返程上海 19:00 回到上海 关于温泉： 江南天池温泉位于天目山北部，大约海拔1000米，竹林环绕，地质资源丰富，温泉属碳酸泉。 天目山脉在燕山时期火山爆发后经第四世纪冰川运动形成地下节理发达的裂隙板岩，岩层带能产生大量 二氧化碳，来自地壳深处的热力与渗入地下的淡水相溶形成碳酸，再融入周围板岩的微量元素，在上涌时冷却，成为带气泡的冷泉。 关于交通: 我们将安排专车自集合点到当地往返 关于集合: 出发前，组织邮件将发给每一位参加者，通知集合时间地点，携带物品，及注意事项 集合时间：以通知邮件为准 集合地点：中山公园地铁站，3－4号线，3号出口（7－11 便利店旁） 关于用餐: 当地特色的餐饮，土法烹制 如果您有特殊的需要请提前告知我们 关于住宿: 住在当地简洁舒适的农家乐 通常双人间或者多人间 携带的物品: （需要每一位参加者自己准备） - 适合户外的徒步鞋／登山鞋 - 徒步小背包，约20升 - 运动快干衣 - 泳衣（温泉时使用） - 雨衣（以防下雨） - 个人水壶（可在当地灌装开水） - 登山杖（可选择性携带） - 个人洗漱用具，毛巾等 - 季节性的防护用品 （夏季防晒霜，防蚊，墨镜等防晒用品；冬季帽子，围巾等） - 开放的精神和思想，利于人生每一步：） 关于报名: 点击 这里 报名 只需根据报名页面的要求，发确认Email至我们邮箱。 所有跟进工作将由我们开展 费用: 899 元／人 活动费用可在当天支付现金，或通过微信／支付宝支付 至少 10 人 至多 29人 团队 或者 12 人以上团队提前要求日期 费用包含: - 往返集合点的接送包车 - 活动领队，当地向导及所有所需公共用品 - 行程内的餐饮 - 2晚当地农家住宿 - 户外保险 - 温泉门票 不包含: - 酒水（啤酒饮料等大家AA） - 其他个人消费 活动后： 个人的照片采集，望大家无私分享并由YEJO负责收集后 将最终版发给大家，保留期间美妙瞬间。 享受我们的活力和那自然恬静，与人分享的时光... 到时见！ |
