About the retreat
This retreat will focus on Qigong from Daoism culture. All teachers are from Shanghai Qigong institute, also Doctors in Traditional Chinese Medicine are best experts in this field. To experience these different steps, we will follow some exercises and learn situations inspired by Qi-gong, a trans-disciplinary research between Eastern and Western body-mind cultures. Traditional Chinese Medicine has made an impressive migration. No longer confined to locations such as Shanghai, Seoul, or Singapore, it has become a vibrant component of health care from Sidney to Seattle to Stockholm. Itinerary

His research concerns Ethnography and Anthropology of Qi Gong, Martial Art, Dance and Techniques of Body Awareness. Gathering: Time: 08:00 Place: (unless notified differently) Zhongshan Park Subway Station, Line 3-4, Exit 3 (Chang ning road cross Kaixuan road) Beside the 7-Eleven shop Temple lifestyle: - We stay in the temple's facilities - Separate dormitories for male and female - Hard beds with blanket provided - Usually no A/C, not always hot water shower - Vegetarian meals - No smoking, no alcoholic drinking during the retreat - No mobile phones during the lessons and the meal time Equipment: (Need to be prepared by each participant) - Weather protection according to the season - Comfortable clothes - Hiking or Sport Shoes - Warm layers - Rain Coat - Drinking bottle (no soft plastic bottle because refill is often with boiled water) - Towel & personal toiletries Booking Procedures: Click on the side link and follow the procedures.
