About the retreat
Anji Baofu, a small village inside the bamboo forests, like a beloved twinkle star surrounded with the mountains. Blessed with the local tranquility, a place inspires all the lovings and the beloved all the blessings we received. Live in a village sits over 500m high, observing the melody of the rivers running out of the valley. We will hike enter a traditional ancient path to reach a high mountain village around 800m high, also touching the culture workshop with the local family. Become part of them and feel the blessing of the beloved... Itinerary Day 1 During holiday time, we departure in the afternoon 14:00 19:30 Shanghai gathering 23:30 Arrive at mountain village, stay in local guest house Day 2 07:00 Good morning! Stretch 08:00 Everybody gets up, breakfast together 09:00 Start our hike into nature, follow an ancient path inside bamboo forest. It will be 2 hours up and ending in a local village. From the village we walk out the mountain area. In total will be around 9km and around 3-4 hours 13:00 Lunch in local 14:30 Afternoon culture workshop with local 16:00 Village explore 18:00 Dinner together 20:00 Free time Day 3 07:00 Good morning! Stretch 08:00 Everybody gets up, breakfast together 09:00 Another hike around village or nearby, explore local life 13:00 Local lunch 14:30 Return 18:30 Back Shanghai Transportation: A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown. Gathering: Time: 19:30 Place: (unless notified differently) Zhongshan Park Subway Station, Line 3-4, Exit 3 Meals: The meals include countryside local dishes, fresh vegetable and meat cooked in the traditional way. Simple and Healthy. Should you have especial requirements, please let us know beforehand. Accommodation: We stay in local guesthouse that we choose, according to their good service commitment. Arrangements are usually twin bedrooms and occasionally in a shared dormitory. Friendly and Family atmosphere. Clean and simple. Equipment: (Needs to be prepared by each participant) - Passport for check in - Hiking shoes and aqua shoes (necessary, paths are very slippery when wet) - Hiking Jacket & Pants depends on season - Rain coat (in case) - Quick dry sports gear - Drinking bottle (no soft plastic, as often refill is with boiled water and it melts) - Backpack to carry your things during the hike (~25L) - Hiking Poles (optional, helpful with wet path and to avoid knee problems) - Personal toiletries and towel - Weather protection, according to the season Booking Procedures: Click here for booking Activity Confirmation: Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants, you'll receive an email with the last details about the trip. Usually 2 days before the departure. If we are unable to reach the minimum amount of participants we will postpone or cancel the activity. Circle Cancellation Policy:

To assist and for the convenience of members,
The hereunder Booking & Cancel Policy is designed to make the activities more stable, reliable and much easier for the planning of all members.

Upon the collection of the payment, the bookings of one activity will be final confirmed.
When a member wants to cancel a booked activity, the Circle Cancel Policy will be followed as such:
- the cancellation is to happen two weeks before the activity, 100% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen one week before the activity, 80% of the payment will be returned.
- the cancellation is to happen 1 day before the activity, 50% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen on the same day of the activity, 0% of the payment will be returned.
* NB: the booker who cancels his/her booking may find a replacer for the booking, in which case all payment will be 100% returned.
Again,
the policy is designed to make minimum impact on all group members, and make each activity stable and reliable to all bookers.

当社员希望取消某活动是，精社取消政策如下：
- 于活动开始日前两周前取消的，将100％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日前一周前取消的，将80％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日前一日取消的，将50％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日当天取消或未集合的，将不做退回费用。
*贴士: 报名社员因故不能参加活动而需要取消的，如找到替代者参加活动的将全额退款。
