About the retreat
The East China Shangri-La Gongyu mountain locates in Zhejiang Xianju. It is a village located at the height of 600 meters. Surrounded by all kinds of different shapes of mountains, the village quietly sits in the valley, keeps a touch of the life as it was happening centuries ago. Maybe this is also why it is called the East China Shangri-La… Itinerary Day 1 During holiday we will departure from 14:00 and have dinner together in local 19:30 Private transfer from Shanghai to Xianju site 01:30 Nap in the van and Arrive to the first village to sleep (Guesthouse) Day 2 08:00 Get up and some fresh air in the nice village 08:30 Breakfast 09:30 Set off hiking, towards the mighty village in the valley … 12:30 Arrival at the village of East China Shangri-La Lunch in the village 13:30 Loop hike from the village, through small forest path to explore other parts of the valley 16:30 Finish hiking and back village 18:00 Dinner in the village 19:00 Free time and bonefire 22:00 Good rest We will stay in Gongyu it's a traditional village, family guest house with dormitory in the village, bathroom and toilet shared Day 3 07:00 Early risers for the sunrise, Stretching 08:00 Everybody gets up and Breakfast 09:00 Start hiking to exit the village 12:00 Local lunch 13:30 Set off and leave for Shanghai 19:30 Arrive in Shanghai Transportation: A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown. Gathering: Time: Following the organization email Place: (unless notified differently) Zhongshan Park Subway Station, Line 3-4, Exit 3 Meals: The meals include countryside local dishes, fresh vegetable and meat cooked in the traditional way. Simple and Healthy. Should you have especial requirements, please let us know beforehand. Accommodation: We will stay in a local guesthouse that we choose according to their good service commitment. This second day's accommodation will be dormitory, in a local family house. Friendly and Family atmosphere. Clean and simple. Equipment: (Need to be prepared by each participant) - Hiking shoes (necessary, paths are very slippery when wet) - Hiking Jacket & Pants - Warm layers (depending on season: wind breaker, gloves & hat) - Quick dry sports gear - Rain coat - Drinking bottle (no soft plastic, as often refill is with boiled water and it melts) - Backpack to carry your things during the hike (two nights in different place) - Hiking poles - Personal toiletries and towel - Small snacks - Open mind :) Booking Procedures: Click here to book, or click on the side link and follow the procedures. Circle Cancellation Policy:

To assist and for the convenience of members,
The hereunder Booking & Cancel Policy is designed to make the activities more stable, reliable and much easier for the planning of all members.

Upon the collection of the payment, the bookings of one activity will be final confirmed.
When a member wants to cancel a booked activity, the Circle Cancel Policy will be followed as such:
- the cancellation is to happen two weeks before the activity, 100% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen one week before the activity, 80% of the payment will be returned.
- the cancellation is to happen 1 day before the activity, 50% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen on the same day of the activity, 0% of the payment will be returned.
* NB: the booker who cancels his/her booking may find a replacer for the booking, in which case all payment will be 100% returned.
Again,
the policy is designed to make minimum impact on all group members, and make each activity stable and reliable to all bookers.

关于此行:

在收讫活动费用后，活动将最终确认。
当社员希望取消某活动是，精社取消政策如下：
- 于活动开始日前两周前取消的，将100％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日前一周前取消的，将80％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日前一日取消的，将50％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日当天取消或未集合的，将不做退回费用。
*贴士: 报名社员因故不能参加活动而需要取消的，如找到替代者参加活动的将全额退款。
