About the Retreat

Mt. Qingliang, the main peak of Tianmu Mountain, is the highest peak along with Huang Shan in the area of East China. 

The peak is 1787.4 meters. 
It is the peak for the whole Tianmu Mountain also the highest peak in the west of Zhejiang,
​so enjoyed as the Top of West of Zhejiang and also named as the ridge of West Zhejjiang…

It is famed for its stunning view of varies plants and rocks of all kinds of shapes that you can imagine.

Itinerary

Day 1
During Holidays we will start the itinerary earlier around 14:00
19:30  Private transfer from Shanghai to Lin'an site
00:00  Arrive site and sleep in guest house

Day 2
07:30  Get up and take some fresh air in the nice village
08:00  Breakfast
09:00  Set off hiking around the beautiful site of the 18 dragon eyes area, with its stunning view of mountains surrounded by waterfalls…
12:00  Lunch on-route (Picnic)
14:00  Continue to hike up till the peak
17:00  Hike back to village 
18:00  Dinner together, resting (in guest house)
19:30  Bone fire
23:00  Quiet sleep

Day 3
08:30  Breakfast, enjoy the village view around, small explore
10:00  Heading to hotspring, enjoy warmth inside and relax more
          Lunch will be inside the hotspring, a buffet
14:00  Returne Shanghai
19:00  Arrive at Shanghai

About the Hot Spring:
Tuankou hotspring is called Tianmu mountain hotspring, the spring itself has a history as 1300 years. The underground heat storage temperature of 40-50 degrees, overflow on the surface of the water temperature 30-32.5 degrees, belongs to the low temperature hotspring.
The spa is colourless, odourless, micro astringent, transparent, low salinity bicarbonate springs. Hotsprings in addition to the conventional ingredients, but also rich in radon, fluorine, strontium, barium, and other special ingredients, with high health care value.

Transportation:
A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown.

Time: Please refer to the organization email which will send to you before departure.

Meals:
The meals include countryside local dishes, fresh vegetable and meat cooked in the traditional way. Simple and Healthy.
Should you have especial requirements, please let us know beforehand.

Accommodation:
We will stay in a local guesthouse that we choose according to their good service commitment.
Friendly and Family atmosphere. Clean and simple.

Equipment:
(Need to be prepared by each participant)

- Hiking shoes (necessary, paths are very slippery when wet)
- Hiking Jacket & Pants
- Backpack to carry your things during the hike (~20L)
- Quick dry sports wear
- Swimming suit (for hotspring)
- Rain coat
- Weather protection, according to the season
- Hiking pole (optional)
- Drinking bottle (no plastic bottles, because refill is often with boiled water)
- Personal toiletries and towel
- Small snacks
- Open mind:)

Activity Confirmation:
Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants, you'll receive an email with the last details about the trip. Usually 2 days before the departure.
If we are unable to reach the minimum amount of participants, we will postpone or cancel the activity.

Price:  1290 RMB
Payment is done by cash, wechat or alipay, directly collected by our activity leader
No deposit required, however we kindly ask you to keep us updated , if you are unable to attend after booking.

关于此行:
清凉峰,天目山的主峰，为华东地区仅次于黄山各主峰高度的另一座高峰。主峰清凉峰海拔1787.4米，系天目山脉最高峰，也是浙西第一高峰，有“浙西至巅”、“浙西屋脊”之称。​
行程安排:

第一天
如遇节假日，将提早至14:00出发
19:30  上海出发去浙江临安
00:00   抵达当地农家乐

第二天
07:30  清晨早起
08:00  农家早餐时光
09:00  在当地美景中徒步
12:00  午餐（路餐）
14:00  继续徒步至山顶，欣赏全景
17:00  下山返回农家
18:00  一起享用农家晚餐
19:30  篝火时光
23:00  静睡

第三天
08:30  早餐后探索下周围的自然小村，启程前往温泉
10:00  温泉时光，自助午餐
14:00  准备启程返回上海
19:00  抵达上海

关于温泉:
湍口温泉又称天目山温泉，古亦名“芦荻泉”，早在1300多年有之。地热区面积约0.2平方公里，地下储热温度40—50度，溢出表面的水温30-32.5度，属低温热水。大气降水是温泉的主要补给来源，日出水量3000立方米。该温泉为无色、无臭、微涩、透明的低矿化度重碳酸型泉水。温泉除含有常规成分外，还富含氡、氟、锶、钡、铳等特殊成分，有很高的医疗保健价值，对心血管、内分泌、肠胃、关节、神经、皮肤等均有辅助治疗功效。湍口温泉有湍源、塘溪、沈溪、凉溪四条小溪，在盆地汇合，然后流入昌化溪。

我们将安排专车自集合点到当地往返
