Itinerary
Class schedule will be a bit adjust by each time with different yoga teacher. Day 1 19:30 Leaving from Shanghai 23:30 Arrive at local village, good sleep Day 2 06:30 Morning yoga section, fresh air 07:30 Breakfast 09:00 Nature explore and short walk / hiking around 10:00 Yoga section 12:00 Lunch and break 14:00 The relaxation technique or meditation 15:00 Yoga section (afternoon will be some soft practice) 16:00 Break and walk in nature 18:00 Dinner 20:00 Yoga Theory sharing or meditation 22:00 Sleep Day 3 07:00 Morning yoga section, fresh air 08:00 Breakfast 10:00 Yoga section 12:00 Lunch and break 13:00 Relaxation 14:00 Sharing time, summery 14:30 Return 18:30 Arrive Shanghai Transportation: A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown. Gathering: Time: 19:30 Place: (unless notified differently) Zhongshan Park Subway Station, Line 3-4, Exit 3 Meals & Accommodation: We will stay in a local guesthouse that we choose according to their good service commitment. Arrangements are usually twin bedrooms and occasionally in a shared dormitory. Friendly and Family atmosphere. Clean and simple. Equipment (Needs to be prepared, by each participant) - Original passport for check in in guest house - Your own Yoga mat (very important, don't forget) - Comfortable clothes for Yoga practice ,flexible - Sports and clothes for out door when we outside - Drinking bottle to refill water ( a bottle that can refilled with hot water) - Personal washing kit and towels - Good spirit and open mind ( very recommended in every step of life) ; ) Booking Procedures: Click here to book Activity Confirmation: Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants, you'll receive an email with the last details about the trip. Circle Cancellation Policy:

The hereunder Booking & Cancel Policy is designed to make the activities more stable, reliable and much easier for the planning of all members.

Upon the collection of the payment, the bookings of one activity will be final confirmed.
When a member wants to cancel a booked activity, the Circle Cancel Policy will be followed as such:
- the cancellation is to happen two weeks before the activity, 100% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen one week before the activity, 80% of the payment will be returned.
- the cancellation is to happen 1 day before the activity, 50% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen on the same day of the activity, 0% of the payment will be returned.
* NB: the booker who cancels his/her booking may find a replacer for the booking, in which case all payment will be 100% returned.
Again,
the policy is designed to make minimum impact on all group members, and make each activity stable and reliable to all bookers.
After the activity,
Please send all the pictures to YEJO,
and YEJO will make a final version of the memories for everyone.
