About the retreat
During the trip at the highest mountains in Anji area we'll be traversing five summits and spending the night together in the dragon king mountain… It is not about the challenge of the summits... It is rather an intense process of experiencing something so precious in life, and something that we want to practice all the time in everyday life: courage, perserverence, encouragement and a heart of appreciation. Taste the summits and make them the reminders of awareness...

Itinerary
Day 1 19:30 Leaving from Shanghai 00:00 Arrive at site and sleep at the guesthouse Day 2 07:00 Get up and get some fresh air in the nice village 07:30 Breakfast 08:00 Set off trekking, towards the summits 13:00 Lunch on route 14:00 Continue the hike, target Summit Qianmutian 18:00 Back to guesthouse and enjoy a big meal! 19:00 Bone fire 22:00 Resting Day 3 07:00 Morning stretch 08:00 Gets up and breakfast 09:00 Another hike in mountain area 13:00 local meal 14:30 Set off and leave 19:30 Arrive in Shanghai Transportation A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown. Gathering Time: Refer to our Organization Email Place: (unless notified differently) Zhongshan Park Subway Station, Line 3-4, Exit 3 Beside the 7-Eleven shop Meals The meals include countryside local dishes, fresh vegetable and meat cooked in the traditional way. Simple and Healthy. Should you have especial requirements, please let us know beforehand. Accommodation We stay in local guesthouse that we choose, according to their good service commitment. Friendly and Family atmosphere. Clean and simple. Equipment (Need to be prepared by each participant) - Hiking shoes (necessary, paths are very slippery when wet) - Hiking Jacket & Pants - Backpack to carry your things during the hike (~20L) - Hiking Poles - Quick dry sports wear - Rain coat - Weather protection, according to the season - Drinking bottle (no plastic bottles, because refill is often with boiled water) - Personal toiletries and towel - Small snacks - Open mind:) Booking Procedures Click here to book Activity Confirmation Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants, you'll receive an email with the last details about the trip.
