About the retreat

The East China Shangri-La Gongyu mountain locates in Zhejiang Xianju. It is a village located at the height of 600 meters. Surrounded by all kinds of different shapes of mountains, the village quietly sits in the valley, keeps a touch of the life as it was happening centuries ago. Maybe this is also why it is called the East China Shangri-La…

Itinerary

Day 1

During holiday we will departure from 14:00
19:30 Private transfer from Shanghai to Xianju site
13:00 Nap in the van and Arrive to the first village to sleep (Guesthouse)

Day 2

08:00 Get up and some fresh air in the nice village
08:15 Breakfast
09:00 Set off hiking, towards the mighty village in the valley …
11:30 Arrival at the village of East China Shangri-La 
12:00 Lunch in the village
13:30 Loop hike from the village, cross forest path to explore other parts of the valley
16:30 Finish hiking and short break in the village of Gong Yu
17:00 Prepare the Camping Tents for the night in the fields
18:00 Dinner in the village
19:00 Free time and sleep in the tents (Camping)

Day 3

07:00 Early risers for the sunrise, a bit Stretching, a bit Yoga
07:30 Everybody gets up and Breakfast in the village of Gongyu
08:30 Pack the tents
09:00 Start hiking to another village
12:00 Arrive at town and enjoy a big meal!
13:30 Set off and leave for Shanghai
19:30 Arrive in Shanghai

Transportation
A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown.

Zhongshan Park Subway Station, Line 3-4, Exit 3
Beside the 7-Eleven shop

Meals
The meals include countryside local dishes, fresh vegetable and meat cooked in the traditional way. Simple and Healthy.
Should you have especial requirements, please let us know beforehand.

Accommodation
We will stay in a local guesthouse the first night, choose according to their good service commitment.
Arrangements are usually twin bedrooms and occassionaly in a shared dormitory.
Friendly and Family atmosphere. Clean and simple.
Second night will do camping.

Camping
We provide two people tents (to be shared with another participant), you need to bring your own sleeping bag and mattress.
During the hiking, everyone need to carry their own equipment.

Equipment
(Need to be prepared by each participant)

- Hiking shoes (necessary, paths are very slippery when wet)
- Hiking Jacket & Pants
- Warm layers (depending on season: wind breaker, gloves & hat)
- Quick dry sports gear
- Rain coat (in case it rains)
- Drinking bottle (no soft plastic, as often refill is with boiled water and it melts)
- Backpack to carry your things during the hike (~50L)
- Hiking Poles 
- Head lamp or torch 
- Sleeping bag (with Temperature comfort according to the season: summer ~15 C Celsius, winter ~ -5 C Celsius)
- Sleeping matrass
- Personal toiletries and towel
- Small snacks
- Open mind :)

Activity Confirmation
Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants you'll receive an email with the last details about the trip. Usually 2 days before the departure.
If we are unable to reach the minimum amount of participants, we will postpone or cancel the activity.

Price : 899 RMB

Payment is done before the activity for book from the local.
You can do by alipay or wechat pay to us.

​关于此行

江南“香格里拉”之称的仙居公盂山位于田市镇，是一个坐落于海拔600米的高山村落。
岩崖峰岗变化万千，以巍峨著称。地形构造呈多级梯状，中心海拔1150米，整个公盂岩巍峨鼎立，气势峥嵘，石林崖壁，各有风采。此村目前不通公路，只能徒步进入，也许正因为如此，远离尘嚣，正应了“心中宁静之地”。

行程安排

一日

如遇节假日，出发时间改为下午14:00点左右，以邮件通知时间为准。 
19:30 上海集合，出发至仙居目的地 
01:00 在车中休息，到达后入住农家乐

二日

08:00 起床尽情呼吸清晨的清新，静看美丽的山庄安静的苏醒 
08:30 早餐
09:00 徒步向着公盂村行进
11:30 到达村子，稍事休息
12:00 当地午餐
14:00 山谷中的环线徒步
16:30 结束徒步回到我们的村子，支起帐篷，露营
18:00 享用晚餐
19:00 自由时光

三日

我们将安排专车自集合点到当地往返

出发前，组织邮件将发给每一位参加者，通知集合时间地点，携带物品，及注意事项

关于住宿
第一晚住在当地简洁舒适的农家乐，通常双人间或者多人间。第二晚露营。

关于露营
我们将提供双人帐篷，双人一顶。自己需要准备睡袋，防潮垫。
