Itinerary
Day 1 09:00 Leave from Shanghai 12:30 Arrive at a small village and refresh ourselves a bit 12:45 Local lunch 13:45 Induction of Chinese Calligraphy, and its tools: the 4 treasures 14:30 Practice Calligraphy with basic Chinese Characters 15:30 Practice in silence 16:00 Explore village and nature walk around 18:00 Local dinner 19:30 Sharing time 20:00 Practice or free time 21:30 Sleep Day 2 07:30 Good morning 08:30 Breakfast 09:00 Silent Practice to start the day 09:45 Different structure of Calligraphy induction 10:00 Break 10:30 Continue the practice 12:00 Lunch break, explore the village 14:00 Practice and summary 15:00 Sharing time and return 18:30 Arrive at Shanghai Transportation: A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown. Gathering: Time: 9:00 a.m. Place: (unless notified differently) Zhongshan Park Subway Station, Line 3-4, Exit 3 Beside the 7-Eleven shop Meals: The meals conclude countryside local dishes, fresh vegetable and meat cooked in the traditional way. Simple and Healthy. Should you have especial requirements, please let us know beforehand. Accommodation: We will stay in a local guesthouse that we choose according to their good service commitment. Arrangements are usually twin- bedrooms and occassionally in a shared dormitory. Friendly and Family atmosphere. Clean and simple. Equipment: (Need to be prepared by each participant) - Weather protection according to the season - Comfortable clothes - Warm layers - Rain Coat - Drinking bottle (no soft bottles because refill is often with hot water) - Towel & personal toiletries - Optional: own paint equipment, but all tools are provided by us Booking Procedures: Click on the side link and follow the procedures. Trip Comfirmation: Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants, you'll receive an email with the last details about the trip. Usually 2 days before the departure. If we are unable to reach the minimum amount of participants, we will postpone or cancel the activity. Price: 699 RMB Payment is done on- site, directly collected by our Tour leaders. No deposit required, however we kindly ask you to keep us updated if after booking you are unable to attend. Thank you.
