Highlights
Between 1800 to 2500m the Wanlong station is one of the few ones to enjoy natural snow and a diversity of levels from beginner to advanced slopes. Most of the lifts are of new construction 2012 offering comfort and security for the practice of the ski & snowboard.

They have a total of 22 slopes (2 beginners, 4 medium, 16 advanced) covering an area of 700.000 square meters, >31 km of slopes.

Located at ~3h30 from Beijing is one of the best choices to spend an active weekend on the snow.




Itinerary

Day 1

10:30 Arrive at the Ski Station
11:00 Check-in and get equipment
11:30 Ski/Snowboard
(Lunch arrangement by yourself in the ski resort, not included in the package )
17:00 Return to apartment and free time
(Dinner arrangement by yourself in the ski resort, not included in the package )

Day 3
08:30 Breakfast & Check out (before 12h at noon)
09:00 Ski/Snowboard
(Lunch arrangement by yourself in the ski resort, not included )
17:00 Return the equipment and leave for Beijing
(Diner arrangement by yourself during the way, not included )
 20:30 Arrive to Beijing Airport

Transportation:
A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Beijing.

Gathering:
Time: Check-in at Beijing Hostel (any time after 2 p.m. during Day 1)
Place: Exact address informed upon booking confirmation

Meals:
Breakfast is included on: Day 3
The other meals are not included and can be arranged by yourself at the Beijing Hostel and the Ski station restaurants (>20 RMB/breakfast, >40 RMB/meal)

Accommodation:
Day 1: Stay in local hostel in the scenic Beijing Hutongs that we choose, according to their good service commitment. WIFI, Free internet, A/C, bar.
Day 2: Stay in a Ski Resort with international accommodation standards. WIFI, Free Internet, A/C, hot pools & Spa, bar, free luggage room. Limited baby bed available.
Arrangements are usually twin- or double- bedrooms.
Friendly and Family atmosphere. Clean and simple.

Equipment:
(Need to be prepared by each participant)

- Snow clothes (coat, pants, gloves, hat)
- Small backpack to carry your things while skiing
- Swimming suits (if you want to enjoy the hot pools in the hotel)
- Towel and toiletries
- Bottle of water & Snacks to eat while skiing

Provided in the station *:
- Ski boots
- Ski poles
- Skis or Snowboard

* 500 RMB deposit for rental equipment is required
If you have your own equipment, you are welcome to bring it

Statement of Understanding & Assumption of Risks:
Any mountain skiing has its systematic risks, besides obeying the ski resorts rules, you should assume the responsibility of your actions and YEJO Circle or his employees will not be held responsible for any accident or loss of equipment during this trip.

The possible accident or personal choice caused individual transportation delay or miss of airplane, missing of the pre-arranged transportation with rest of the group, etc, will not be compensated by YEJO due to accident or personal decision not following the timetable.

Booking this activity is regarded as acceptance of the above statement.

Trip Confirmation:
This activity requires pre-payment at least 10 days before the departure. The confirmation of the trip happens upon reaching the minimum number of participants.

Price: 2490 RMB/person   (except the holiday)

Pre-Payment needs to be done at least 10 days before the departure at YEJO Office in Shanghai (address here). Bank transfer options are available upon request.

Refund Policy:
If we are unable to reach the minimum amount of participants, we will postpone or cancel the activity and provide a full refund of the pre-payment.

Minimum 4 persons, Maximum 12 persons
Private Groups & Team Outings:
Choose a date and we can arrange this trip especially for you (price is depending on group size).

Weather Conditions & Cancelation:
This activity is conditioned by the weather. If at any time before the trip the weather conditions are not suitable to perform the activity safely, the activity will be cancelled and the pre-payment refunded to the participants. Once the trip started, if, due to weather conditions or other unforseen events beyond YEJO Circle control, the departure is postponed, the participant should cover the extra expenses by themselves and not YEJO Circle or the subsidiary suppliers contracted on this activity should be charged the additional expenses.
