About the Retreat
The Fantastic feeling of riding in the wild is the combination of the close harmony with nature and the one under you: the horse… The two ballads in nature will surely bring a lot of fun and passion. Capture a little taste of wild Mongolia in Shanghai, Nice Forest & Countryside too… Itinerary (During summer, the departure time will be 13:30) 12:30 Private transfer from Shanghai to the ranch 13:40 Arrive at the Park and the ranch 14:00 Intro to Riding skills 14:15 Wild Ride – about 3,1 Km -- Small break between rides -- 15:30 Another wild ride – about 7,7 Km 17:00 Private transfer back to Shanghai 18:10 Arrive in Shanghai (Time can differ dependant on the amount of visitors in the ranch, but the program will stay unchanged). Transportation: A private mini-bus will be arranged from/back to Shanghai downtown. Gathering: Time: 12:30 (13:30 during summer time) Place: (unless notified differently) Lancun road Subway Station, Line 4-6, Exit 1 Dongfang road across Lancun road Equipment: (Needs to be prepared by each participant) - Sport shoes or boots - Rain coat (in case it rains) - Thick long pants - Gloves (optional) - Drinking bottle (no plastic bottles, because refill is often with boiled water) - Weather protection, according to the season (like sun screen) Safety Points For Riding: Equipment - protection (helmet, gloves, boots or gaiter provided by ranch) Don't loose the reins - it is your handle to stop Don't go too close to each other, don't try to pass the front horse (There is a hierarchy between the horses, it will put them under stress) In the woods watch out the branches and stay in the middle of the road or you can loose an eye Don't go fast with the horse on the road because he can slide and fall off. Don't walk behind a horse (he can kick you) Keep calm (the horse feels your mood) Don't shout (you will scare the horse and they can go faster) Don't hold too tight or to loose - ensure clear commands and communication with a horse Booking Procedures: Click on the side link and follow the procedures. Activity Confirmation: Upon reaching the minimum amount of participants, you'll receive an email with the last details of the trip. Usually 2 days before departure. If we are unable to reach the minimum amount of participants, we will postpone or cancel the activity. Price: 499 RMB Payment is done by transfer, mobile apps, cash. Final confirmation upon receiving of payment. please read later payment session for details. Minimum 8 persons, Maximum 14 persons Private Groups & Team Outings: Choose a date and we can arrange this activity only for you (price is depend on group size). Circle Cancellation Policy:

To assist and for the convenience of members,
The hereunder Booking & Cancel Policy is designed to make the activities more stable, reliable and much easier for the planning of all members.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Upon the collection of the payment, the bookings of one activity will be final confirmed.
When a member wants to cancel a booked activity, the Circle Cancel Policy will be followed as such:
- the cancellation is to happen two weeks before the activity, 100% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen one week before the activity, 80% of the payment will be returned.
- the cancellation is to happen 1 day before the activity, 50% of the payment will be returned
- the cancellation is to happen on the same day of the activity, 0% of the payment will be returned.
* NB: the booker who cancels his/her booking may find a replacer for the booking, in which case all payment will be 100% returned.
Again,
the policy is designed to make minimum impact on all group members, and make each activity stable and reliable to all bookers.

以下取消政策之制定旨在令活动更为稳定，更可信赖及更易于全员大家的业余时光。

在收讫活动费用后，活动将最终确认。
当社员希望取消某活动是，精社取消政策如下：
- 于活动开始日前两周前取消的，将100％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日前一周前取消的，将80％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日前一日取消的，将50％退回费用。
- 于活动开始日当天取消或未集合的，将不做退回费用。
*贴士: 报名社员因故不能参加活动而需要取消的，如找到替代者参加活动的将全额退款。
